Ticketing Scenario: Different statuses to different priorities

This article will explore how your Ticketing Defaults and Automatic Ticketing settings can be leveraged to create tickets in your PSA with differing priority based on the status of the backup in Backup Radar.  

For this example, we will create tickets for backups in a status of Failure with a priority of high and a status of No Result with medium. This example uses Autotask as the PSA but any PSA integration that supports priority levels can be used.
