Updating your Billing Information

Hello! In this article, we'll walk through the steps for updating your Backup Radar account billing information.

  1. In Backup Radar, click Settings > Billing.
    Note: If you're a multi-product ScalePad user with unified billing, you may at this point be redirected to your ScalePad account to update your billing information there. Otherwise, continue to the next step.

  2. To update the existing payment method connected to your account, click Update Billing Info under Current Plan | [Plan Name].

  3. Enter your billing information and click Update to save your changes.
