Hello! In this article, we'll walk through the steps for updating your Backup Radar account billing information.
- In Backup Radar, click Settings > Billing.
Note: If you're a multi-product ScalePad user with unified billing, you may at this point be redirected to your ScalePad account to update your billing information there. Otherwise, continue to the next step.
- To update the existing payment method connected to your account, click Update Billing Info under Current Plan | [Plan Name].
- Enter your billing information and click Update to save your changes.
