To be in line with best practices and avoid the grouping of commonly name device and job names, please follow the instructions below. This will allow you to map the Client Id for any of your backups using backup applications that do not report this. 

Backup Radar allows you to specify a Client Id in the recipient email address that can be leveraged to map backups to companies. It is also very useful for separating backups with commonly named device and job names. To avail of this feature you will need to format the recipient's email address in a specific manner. 

For example, if your email address was "backups@us.backupradar.com" and the Client Id you wanted to assign to the backup is "AbcLtd", you will need to send the emails to "backups+AbcLtd@us.backupradar.com".
