Using Tags to Exclude Backups from Creating Tickets

If you wish to exclude certain backups from generating tickets, create a Tag.

1. Tags can be created by editing a backup. Go to Manage -> Edit Backups.

It can also be accessed through the Audit screen. Go to Audit -> Select a backup and Edit. 

 

Create your tag(s) then press Enter to add.

2. The new tag will automatically be applied to the backup once you press Enter and Save. If adding the existing tag to another backup, you need only start typing the tag name in the tag field, and click the tag you would like to add.

* Note this setting can be applied to multiple backups at once.

 

3. Add the tag to the 'Exclude Tags' under Automatic Ticketing Settings in the bottom right field.

The backups set with the 'Auto Activated' tag will no longer generate a ticket.
