Sharing a dashboard

To share a dashboard, follow the steps below to generate a view-only link that anyone can open to view the live dashboard.

Who can use this feature?
• Administrator users.
• Standard users (who have been granted access).		  

1. In Backup Radar, navigate to Dashboard and select a dashboard from the Dashboards drop-down menu.

Dashboard > Select Dashboard

2. At the top right, click Sharing.

Click Sharing button

3. Click Generate link.

4. Click Copy Link. You can send this link to anyone to whom you'd like to grant view access to this dashboard. At any time, you can remove view access for those using this link by clicking Deactivate link.

Note: The dashboard link will not grant access to Backup Radar or allow configuration of the dashboard.
