In order to get Backup Radar to successfully monitor your Dropsuite, you will need to login to your Dropsuite portal and direct the email notifications to your Backup Radar mailbox. 

You will need to navigate to your account settings to enable the email notifications. 

You will need to add your Backup Radar email address to the "Notified Admin List" 

You will also need to enable "Notify when backup/archiving is completed", set the email frequency to "Daily" and enable "Notify when the system detects error on backup process".
