Follow the steps below to limit the access of a group of users to the in app mailbox.

1. Navigate to Settings > User Management > Permission Groups, and click Edit Permissions for your chosen permission group.
   
   
2. Scroll down to Mailboxes, deactivate the toggle, scroll back to the top of the page, and click Save Changes.
