Backup Radar will pull in your Axcient x360 Recover backups through the GMP or Vault APIs

If you have Direct2Cloud Backups you will need to integrate Backup Radar with your Axcient x360 Recover vault. Any appliance based backups need to integrate with your Axcient x360 recover GMP.

Generate API Key for Axcient GMP:

You'll need to generate the API key under the users tab. Please note that the role of "Admin" is required.

Generate API Key for Vault (Direct2Cloud):

You'll need to generate the API key under the System Setting Tab. Please note that the role of "Admin" is required.

Go to Integrations>Backup Integrations>Axcient and input the Name, Server Address, and authentication info to connect.

Backup Radar will only pull in devices from Axcient which have recent backup results. It could take up to an hour for backups to start populating. These will appear in the Manage>Activate screen.
