Create your Token & Token name from ShadowControl Web interface: 

Click on the Wrench icon at the top right and select Tokens: 

Create the token name "BackupRadar" and set the Type to "Report API Access" and click Save. 

On the next screen copy the token for use in Backup Radar. 

Expand Integration and Click on StorageCraft Integration: 

Enabled should be turned on at this point

Name is whatever you'd like to name it such as "ShadowControl Integration"

Organization is the Token Name you created inside of the ShadowControl system "BackupRadar".

Uri is your URL to your ShadowControl System. 

Token is the token generated from your ShadowControl system for the UserID you created.
