Did one of your Backup Radar account users forget their password? No problem! You can reset passwords for your users by following the steps below.

Who can use this feature?
• Administrator users.

  1. In Backup Radar, navigate to Settings > User Management.
    Settings > User Management.png 

  2. Choose the Client tab.
    Choose Client tab.png

  3. Click the Reset Button.png Reset Password button next to the client user you would like to reset the password for.
    Click Reset Password .png

  4. Your client user will receive an email with a prompt to reset their password by clicking Reset Password.
    You have requested to reset your password.png
