Integrating with Datto Autotask PSA: Setting up the minimum required security level

Hey there! Below you'll find the minimum required permissions for Datto Autotask to integrate with Backup Radar. Feel free to follow these settings while Integrating with Datto Autotask PSA.

In your Datto Autotask account, create a new Security Level and navigate to the configuration screen:

Set the following configurations:

CRM.png
Inventory.png
Service Desk.png

Admin.png
