Hello! In this article, we'll walk through the steps for restoring a deactivated Client user in Backup Radar.

Who can use this feature? • Administrator users. |
Need to reactivate an Admin or Standard user? This function is supported in the ScalePad Hub, where Admin and Standard users are managed. See Reactivating a Deactivated User for more details.
- In Backup Radar, navigate to Settings > User Management.
- Choose the Client tab.
- Toggle on the Show Deactivated button to include users who have been deactivated.
- Click the Edit button
next to the user whose access you'd like to restore.
- Click Re-enable, review the user's details, make any changes needed, and click Save.
- Upon a successful restoration of user access, you'll see a Successfully updated message at the top right of your screen.
