Reactivating a Client User

Hello! In this article, we'll walk through the steps for restoring a deactivated Client user in Backup Radar.

Who can use this feature?
• Administrator users.
 

Need to reactivate an Admin or Standard user? This function is supported in the ScalePad Hub, where Admin and Standard users are managed. See Reactivating a Deactivated User for more details.

  1. In Backup Radar, navigate to Settings > User Management.

  2. Choose the Client tab.
    Click Client .png

  3. Toggle on the Show Deactivated button to include users who have been deactivated.

  4. Click the Edit button Edit Button.png next to the user whose access you'd like to restore.

  5. Click Re-enable, review the user's details, make any changes needed, and click Save.

  6. Upon a successful restoration of user access, you'll see a Successfully updated message at the top right of your screen.
