Hello! In this article, we'll walk through the steps for restoring a deactivated user in Backup Radar.
Who can use this feature? • Administrator users. |
- Click Settings > User Management.
- Select the Administrator & Standard or Client tab, depending on what kind of user you'd like to restore.
- Toggle on the Include Disabled button.
- Click the Edit button next to the user whose account you'd like to restore.
- Click Re-enable.
- Choose the user type you would like to assign to this user and click Continue.
- Review the user's details, make any changes needed, and click Save.
- Upon a successful restoration, you'll see a Successfully updated message at the top right of your screen.
