Restoring a Deactivated User

Hello! In this article, we'll walk through the steps for restoring a deactivated user in Backup Radar.

Who can use this feature?
• Administrator users.
 
  1. Click Settings > User Management.

  2. Select the Administrator & Standard or Client tab, depending on what kind of user you'd like to restore.

  3. Toggle on the Include Disabled button.

  4. Click the Edit button Edit Button.png next to the user whose account you'd like to restore.

  5. Click Re-enable.

  6. Choose the user type you would like to assign to this user and click Continue.

  7. Review the user's details, make any changes needed, and click Save.

  8. Upon a successful restoration, you'll see a Successfully updated message at the top right of your screen.
