Whether you’re a ScalePad Partner (an MSP with a Backup Radar subscription) or a Client (a customer of a ScalePad Partner), this article explains how to sign in to Backup Radar.

Choose your user type

1. Navigate to app.backupradar.com.

2. On the Sign in to Backup Radar page, choose the option that applies to you:

   • Sign in as a Partner: Select this option if you work for an MSP with a Backup Radar subscription. You’ll be redirected to app.scalepad.com to sign in to the ScalePad Hub.

   • Sign in as a Client: Select this option if you receive backup services from an MSP. You’ll be taken to the client sign-in page.

The Backup Radar sign-in page lets you choose whether you’re a ScalePad Partner or a Client of an MSP.

Sign in as a Partner

1. On the Backup Radar sign-in page, select Sign in as a Partner.

2. On the ScalePad Hub sign-in page, sign in to your ScalePad account.

3. After you sign in, select Backup Radar to open the product.

Sign in as a Client

1. On the Backup Radar sign-in page, select Sign in as a Client.

2. Choose your login method:

   • Sign in with Google: Select the button and complete the Google sign-in process.

   • Sign in with Microsoft: Select the button and complete the Microsoft sign-in process.

   • Sign in with credentials: Enter the email address and password associated with your Backup Radar account, then select Sign in.

Client users can sign in with Google, Microsoft, or their Backup Radar credentials.

Use an MFA code

If MFA is enabled for your account:

1. Select I have an MFA code.

2. Enter your MFA code.

3. Select Sign in.

If you use Google or Microsoft SSO and sign-in doesn’t work, contact your MSP administrator. They may need to enable third-party sign-in for your Backup Radar account. For setup instructions, see Enabling Single Sign-On (Microsoft or Google).

If you forgot your password, select Forgot password? and follow the instructions.
