Follow the steps below to change your Backup Radar account password.

What you'll need:
• Access to your Backup Radar account. If you don't currently have access, check out Resetting Your Own Password instead.

Changing your Admin or Standard Account Password

This function is supported in the ScalePad Hub, where Admin and Standard users are managed. See Changing Your Own Password for more details.

  1. In the top right corner of your Backup Radar account, click your name and select Profile.
    Click your name and select Profile.png

  2. Click the Change Password button.
    Click the Change Password button.png

  3. Enter your current and new password and click Save.

That's it! You should now be able to log in with your new password.
