Integrating your client list with Backup Radar allows you to create a link between your backup results and tickets in your PSA, as well as do things like sort, filter, and run reports for backup results by company.

If you're not using one of the PSAs mentioned in our Adding your client list section, you can create your client list manually by logging into your Backup Radar account and navigating to Manage > Companies > Company List > Add Company.
| Note: If you map your backup to a local company instead of a company that was imported from your API-integrated PSA, any tickets created will be associated with your Catch all Company. You can verify whether a company is local or PSA-integrated by navigating to Manage > Companies > Company List and checking the Type column. |
