If your report isn't displaying all expected backups, this is likely because some of your backups don't have a schedule applied under Audit. Both On Demand and Scheduled Reports pull their data directly from the Audit section and only include backups that have a defined schedule (such as Daily). Backups without a schedule are excluded from report results.
This applies to Legacy reports (For Templates & Standalone Backups). For backups that have been migrated to Backup Plans, if they don't have a schedule assigned and aren't appearing on the Audit page, they also won't appear in the report.
Follow the steps below to identify and fix the affected backups.
Who can use this feature?
Admin users
Confirm which backups are missing a schedule
In your Backup Radar account, navigate to Audit.
Enable the Schedule Only toggle to filter the view to only scheduled backups. Compare the number of backups displayed here to the total number you expect. If the count is lower, some backups are missing a schedule.
Disable the Schedule Only toggle to see all backups, including those without a schedule applied.
Identify the backups that don't have a schedule. These are the backups that are missing from your report.
Assign a schedule to the affected backups
Select the backup(s) that don't have a schedule applied.
Under the Configuration section, assign the appropriate schedule (for example, Daily) to the selected backup(s).
Repeat for any remaining backups that are missing a schedule.
Once all affected backups have a schedule assigned, they appear in your next generated report.
If your report is still not displaying the expected backups after assigning schedules, reach out to our support team by submitting a ticket.
