In the Datto Endpoint Backup V2 portal, open the reporting or email report settings.
Create or edit the scheduled report for the organization or site that you want to monitor.
Select the Executive Summary report.
Set Date Range to 7 days.

Set the report schedule to Daily.
Enter your Backup Radar mailbox address as the report recipient.
Save the report configuration.

Send a test report to the Backup Radar mailbox.
Confirm that Backup Radar received the report
In Backup Radar, navigate to Integration > Mailboxes.
Open the mailbox that received the Datto report.
Confirm that the report has a Saved Results status.
If the message has an Unrecognized status, confirm that the report uses the Executive Summary format and includes an HTML attachment. Backup Radar cannot process the PDF version.
Activate the backups
After Backup Radar processes the report, use the workflow that matches your account:
To activate backups using Templates, follow Activating your backups.
To activate backups using Backup Plans, follow Adding a Backup Plan.
