Hello! Follow these steps to set up email notifications in Datto SaaS Protection (formerly Backupify):
- In your Datto account, select Status and choose SaaS Protection Status.
Click Daily Backup Report.
Select the time zone that makes the most sense for you.
Select your preferred client (All Clients will be selected by default, but you can also use this drop-down menu to select an individual client).
Enter your Backup Radar email address (YourCompanyName@us.backupradar.com or YourCompanyName@eu.backupradar.com) into the Recipients field and click Add.
- If your email address was added successfully, you'll see it appear under the Recipients field. Click Remove to remove an email address from Recipients.
Your email notifications will shortly begin landing in your Backup Radar email inbox on a daily basis.
