Integrating with Datto SaaS Protection Emails

Hi! Follow the steps below to create an integration between Datto SaaS Protection (formerly Backupify) and Backup Radar. 

What you'll need:
• Your Backup Radar email address (you can find it in Backup Radar under Integration > Mailboxes).
 
Note: This article captures third-party steps and/or an interface that may have since been updated.  
  1. In your Datto account, select Status and choose SaaS Protection Status.

  2. Click the menu button (...) and select Configure Daily Backup Report.
    2. Click Kebab Menu and Select Configure Daily Backup Report.png

  3. In the Daily Backup Report window, configure your report:
    3. Enter Backup Radar Email Address.png
    a. Organization: Ensure that All Organizations is selected.
    b. Time Zone: Select the time zone that makes the most sense for you.
    c. Recipient Email: Enter your Backup Radar email address (you can find it in Backup Radar under Integration > Mailboxes) and click Add.

    We recommend Using Plus Addressing to create a variation of your email address.

  4. If your email address was added successfully, you'll see it appear under the Recipients field. Once added, click Submit.
