Hiya! Follow the steps below to create an integration between Hornetsecurity VM Backup (formerly Altaro VM Backup) and Backup Radar.
What you'll need: • Your Backup Radar email address (you can find it in Backup Radar under Integration > Mailboxes). |

- In VM Backup, log in to the particular client you'd like to manage backups for in Backup Radar. You'll repeat these steps for each client you'd like to manage backups for in Backup Radar.
- Navigate to Setup > Notifications > Email Notification Settings.
- Configure the following settings:
a. Send Email notifications for Successful Backups / Offsite Copies: Toggle on.
b. Send Email notifications for Failed Backups / Offsite Copies / Host Disconnections: Toggle on.
c. Recipients: Enter your Backup Radar email address (you can find it in Backup Radar under Integration > Mailboxes).
We recommend Using Plus Addressing to create a variation of your email address.

Click Send Test Email, navigate to your Backup Radar mailbox (Integration > Mailboxes), and click on the applicable email address to confirm that you received it.
- Click Save Changes, and repeat these steps for each client you'd like to manage backups for in Backup Radar.
