Hello! Follow the steps below to create an integration between MSP360 (formerly CloudBerry Lab) and Backup Radar.

Who can use this feature?
• Administrator users.
• Standard users (who have been granted access).

What you'll need:
• Access to an MSP360 Main Administrator account.
Note: This article captures third-party steps and/or an interface that may have since been updated.
  1. In your MSP360 portal, click on Settings > General.
Note: You'll need access to an MSP360 Main Administrator account to see this option. There is only one Main Administrator account and it is likely the person who originally set up the MSP360 account.

  2. Set up an API 2.0 credential username and password and save it for use in the Backup Radar Portal.

  3. Log in to Backup Radar and go to Integration > Backup Integrations.
Click Integration and select Backup Integrations.png

  4. Click the + button on the MSP360 tile.
Click the + Button on the MSP360 Tile.png

  5. Enter the following information and click Save:
    Create MSP360 Source.png
    a. Profile Name: This can be anything you like (for example, "MSP360").
    b. Login: The API login ID you created in the MSP360 portal.
    c. Password: The API user password you created in the MSP360 portal.

Following a successful integration, you'll be returned to the Backup Integrations tab, where you will see your new integration source.

What's next?

Shortly, your backups should start populating in your Manage > Activate Backups screen and syncing hourly.
