By default, Backup Radar will send scheduled reports and email notifications from noreply@backupradar.com.
You can alternatively set up a custom email delivery method to send scheduled reports and/or email notifications using your own domain. This is useful for a few reasons:
- Giving you more control over improving deliverability in the event of a shared sender reputation issue.
- Allowing your colleagues and clients to directly reply as needed.
- Reinforcing your brand consistency through white-labeling.
You can connect using one of two delivery methods in Backup Radar: SMTP and Microsoft 365.
| Note: The Microsoft 365 email delivery method is rolling out gradually and may not be available in your account yet. All Partners should have access to this method by September 2026. |
