Hey! Follow the steps below to create an integration between SkyKick and Backup Radar.
Who can use this feature? • Administrator users. • Standard users (who have been granted access). |
What you'll need: • A SkyKick account with full portal administration level permissions. |
Note: This article captures third-party steps and/or an interface that may have since been updated. |
- In your SkyKick Portal, navigate to Settings > Profile.
- Scroll down to the User Profile section at the bottom and make a note of your User ID and Primary Key.
Note: If you do not see these API details, you may need to ask your account administrator to grant you full portal administration level permissions, or retrieve this information for you.
- In Backup Radar, navigate to Integration > Backup Integrations.
- Click the + button on the SkyKick tile.
- Enter the following information and click Save:
a. Profile Name: Name this backup anything you'd like (e.g. SkyKick Backups).
b. User ID: Enter the User ID you noted from your SkyKick account.
c. Subscription Key: Enter the Subscription Key you noted from your SkyKick account.
Following a successful integration, you'll be returned to the Backup Integrations tab, where you will see your new integration source.
Shortly, your backups should start populating in your Manage > Activate Backups screen and syncing hourly.
