Hello! Follow the steps below to create an integration between the Axcient x360Recover RMC API and Backup Radar.

Hold on, what's up with the Axcient x360Recover RMC integration? Our Axcient x360Recover RMC integration was rolled out in October 2024 as a new and improved integration to replace our legacy Axcient x360Recover GMP API integration. Legacy Axcient x360Recover GMP API integrations will continue to work as normal for now but are set to be retired; we highly recommend that legacy Axcient Partners switch over to the RMC integration by following the steps below. |

Who can use this feature? • Administrator users. • Standard users (who have been granted access). |

- In your Axcient x360Portal, navigate to Settings > API Keys.
- Click Add API Key, accept the license agreement terms, name your API Key anything you'd like (e.g. Backup Radar), and click Generate API Key.
- Use the Copy button to make a note of the API Key. Ensure that you've stored it securely and safely, as this will be the only time this API Key will be fully visible.
- In Backup Radar, navigate to Integration > Backup Integrations.
- Click the + button on the Axcient RMC tile.
- Click Configure new source.
- Enter the following information and click Save:
a. Name: Name this integration anything you'd like (e.g. [Your Name]'s Integration).
b. Server Address: This field should auto-populate with the following server address: https://axapi.axcient.com/x360recover (if not, you can manually enter it).
c. Api Key: Paste the API token you noted in step 3.
Following a successful integration, you'll be returned to the Backup Integrations tab, where you will see your new integration source.
Shortly, your backups should start populating in your Manage > Activate Backups screen and syncing hourly.

Note that Backup Radar will only pull in devices from Axcient which have recent backup results. For MP servers, we only download and store the state of the most recent backup. For vault servers, we download and store backup jobs (replication jobs are not supported) for the last hour.
