Linking your Backup Radar clients with your ScalePad account clients creates one single source of truth and ensures cross-product consistency for those who use multiple ScalePad products (or who might in the future and want to future-proof their client list now).
Follow the steps below to get started.

- In Backup Radar, navigate to Manage > Companies > ScalePad Account Client Linking > Not Linked to view your Backup Radar clients who have not been linked to a ScalePad account client.

Click Edit next to a Backup Radar client and use the drop-down menu to search for and choose the ScalePad account client, if any, that it makes sense to sync it with. The system may suggest clients for you when possible using smart matching technology.
Note: If you can't find the client you're looking for, it might be because the client hasn't been synced yet, is saved under another name, or is being filtered out by your PSA. Contact our Support team for assistance with troubleshooting this. - When you're ready to save your changes, click Save (or Save Changes if you've queued up multiple changes to save at once).
- Upon a successful linking, you'll see a confirmation message appear at the top right and you'll see the totals for Linked and Not Linked companies has changed. Once linked, your Backup Radar client is now part of a centralized client record that can be accessed from all your ScalePad products.
- You can unlink a client at any time by navigating to the Linked page and clicking Unlink.
