Backup Radar primarily supports email parsing in English. Some vendor-specific parsers may recognize additional languages, but language support varies by vendor and isn’t guaranteed across all integrations.
For the most reliable results, configure your backup product to send notification emails in English. Non-English emails might appear as Unrecognized in Backup Radar instead of creating a backup result.
If a non-English email is unrecognized
Configure your backup product to send notifications in English, then send a new test notification. If the email is still unrecognized, submit a support ticket and attach the raw .eml file received.
